
You, or your mechanic, are responsible for making sure the part is the correct part for your vehicle before installation we do not refund 3rd party charges, i.e., installation costs, prep costs, painting cost or any other cost associated with installation. We will resolve the issue as fast as possible. If you received the wrong product, contact our Customer Service department by calling 26 or emailing photos of the incorrect part to Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Time. If you wish, you may contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding product eligibility and specific terms and conditions of warranty coverage, otherwise you may contact a member of our customer service department for assistance. 4x4 Outfitter does not cover miscellaneous expenses including, but not limited to labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees. 4x4 Outfitter shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages as a result of product defects. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. Refusing a package has the potential to cause delays in return shipping as well as incur additional shipping charges.Ĥx4 Outfitter does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products. If you would like to return an item, it is recommended that all shipments be accepted and then sent back following our standard return process. International Orders: Duty, Taxes, and Fees incurred during return will be deducted from your refund. $20 service fee and any additional shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. REFUSALS, UNDELIVERABLE, ADDRESS CHANGES, REDIRECTS All cancelled orders will be charged a 5% credit card and processing fee. If your order isn't in stock and hasn't shipped, please email 4x4 Outfitter at Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled, and you will need to begin our RMA process by emailing to have the item returned. After 24 hours if you would like to cancel your order, the amount will be subject to a cancellation fee. Our system sends that order immediately to ship.


If the item you ordered was in stock at the time you placed your order, chances are you will not be able to cancel your order after you've placed it.
